Online Application for  Renewal of Class 2 Individual Certificate Guidelines  1) Renewal of Class 2 Individual  DSC can be applied by following methods: a) Online b) Physically coming at       Sanchar Haat     Eastern court     Janpath , New Delhi-110050 Tel: 011- 23718636,011 -23718637       Tollfree : 1800 118855 Malabaar Hill Telephone Exchange Building A.G. Bell Marg Mumbai-400006 Tel: 022-23692651 2)  Applicant should fill the online form . You will get filled application  form in PDF format. Take  a priny out , fill the new Reference Id ( received in  your e-mail if registration was successful ),dully signed and send it to the nearest Physical RA within 60 days of online application 3)  If  filled application  form in PDF format doesnot appear  then download the hard copy of the application form by clicking the link “DSC application form for Renewal of Class 2 Individual “ in the following web page  http://mtnltrustline.com/repository/forms/index.html . Fill the new Reference Id ( received in  your e-mail if registration was successful )  and other details and send it to address below along with demand draft if  payment is made through demand draft (write New registration ID, Name, Phone Number on back side of DD). a) Sanchar Haat       Eastern court      Janpath , New Delhi-110050      Tel: 011- 23718636,011 -23718637      Tollfree : 1800 118855 b) Malabaar Hill Telephone Exchange Building A.G. Bell Marg      Mumbai-400006      Tel: 022-23692651 4)  Conditions: 4a) Renewal can be done One month before the date of expiry of certificate to One month after the date of expiry of certificate 4b) Price of certificate remain same. 4c)Identity  and address proofs should not be changed . It should be same as  in the original application . E-mail id and phone number may be changed if required.     4d) To find reference Id from the DSC:         4A) Open your certificate         4B)Click on details tab(at top left)         4C)Select subject         4D)You will find "Serial number " followed by eigth digit number . This eight digit number is your reference id. 4e) Renewal can be done only  twice. After which only fresh applications are accepted.      4f) Payment can be made either by -Credit Card - Demand Draft (Send it along with the application form) Demand draft should be drawn in favour of 'MTNL Delhi' if application form is send to Physical RA Delhi, OR in favour of ‘MTNL Mumbai’ if application form is send to Physical RA Mumbai.  Product Price Class 2 Individual Certificate (1 year) INR 400 Class 2 Individual Certificate (2 years) INR 500 Registration
