The conditions are as  below: 

1. IT  and marketing  experience of company is  must. The company should have PC, scanner and internet access at their premises.

2. One has to enter RA agreement with MTNL. The format  of agreement  shall be  supplied  once it is confirmed. 

3. 2 years audited balance sheet showing good financial strength of company. 

4. You  have to submit the following  supporting document as proof of organization name depending on   constitution of your company ,as detailed below:  

    a) For companies registered under the Companies Act - Copy of the        Certificate of Incorporation (COI) and Memorandum of Association   (MOA)  attested by a Director of the organization. 

    b) For partnership firms – Copy of the registered partnership deed attested by a partner of the firm.

   c) For sole proprietorship concerns – A banker’s attestation of the name of the sole proprietorship concern and the signature of the sole  proprietor. 

   d) For organizations created by an Act of the Parliament – A copy of  the relevant Act or Government Gazette plus an attestation of the  application form by an officer of the rank of Head of Department or  above.

  e) For government departments – An attestation of the application  form by a gazetted officer of the rank of Joint Secretary or above.

  f) For any other organization like a NGO, etc – Certificate issued  by appropriate Government or Government Agency. 

5. Authorization letter/Resolution of board for signing the RA  Agreement  from Company side in letterhead from one of the above as per the list  at point number 2   

6. The commercial terms and its procedure shall be discussed in due course.

7.Application Form (the format as given by MTNL) Duly filled  by  the authorized representative of RA.

8. RA Agreement on stamped paper of Rs 100/- Affidavit. The stamp paper shall be arranged by RA.

9. Application Form (the format as given on www.mtnltrustline.com) Duly filled  by  the authorized representative of RA. Submit your application either through post or by physically coming to

**Companies from West and South including central part of India should apply in Mumbai while the comapanies from north, west and east can apply in Delhi. Give the detail address and email Ids.

Payment of Rs 500/- in cash or by draft in favour of MTNL,Delhi.  
10. We are looking for around 15 LRA in  Delhi and Mumbai each and 5 each in other cities.   

11 .The company should make the market on their own and approach the customer. The LRA should verify the customer as per the recorded procedure and after successful verification, register the customer. They will have to assist the customer in getting the certificate.    

12. The entire business is covered under IT Act 2000.  

The procedure needs a high level of security both at physical and system level. Hence it is not meant for individual or the company having no background of IT.
